Frank (Sunno) Harrison

Uncle Sono spent his childhood around the lakes and now lives in Lakes Entrance. Although new to painting and drawing, he has been making artefacts and carving (snakes & walking sticks) for decades – skills he learnt as a young fella at the Lake Tyers Mission which he now enjoys teaching his grandchildren.

Uncle Sono is part of the Lakes Entrance art group, where he has begun dabbling in painting and drawing, his works typically telling stories from the old days and not surprisingly featuring water and camping activities.
